I have been dreaming of this recipe for a long time. You are going to love the peppermint flavor combined with the cinnamon sweetness. These little beauties only lasted a few minutes after their photography session. I hope you enjoy them. They sure were fun to make (and eat).
INGREDIENTS
Dough 2 c almond flour 3 tbsp granulated erythritol (Swerve) 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 tsp white vinegar (for rising action, you won't taste it) Filling 1 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute (Ideal or Truvia) 1 tsp cinnamon Glaze 1/4 c of powdered erythritol (Swerve) 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp peppermint extract Topping Crushed Sugar-Free Pepper Mint Candies INSTRUCTIONS
