I went to the store and literally picked up 2 items to make this cobbler and 2 I already had. 1 box of yellow cake mix 1 can (or 2 Liter) of Lemon/Lime Soda 5-6 cups of fresh peaches Cinnamon Oh and don't forget the Vanilla Ice Cream! That's all folks! Here's what you do. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and get out your 9 x 13 baking dish. After you cover the bottom of a baking dish with fresh peeled, pitted, and cut peaches you sprinkle on the whole package of cake mix and press. Next pour 12 or 350 ml over your cake mix and watch it bubble. Bake for 1 hour. If you use a smaller dish and your cake mix is thicker you will want to cook 15 minutes longer. And Voila! It's done! I also made a sugar free version for my little nephew who can't have sugar. Sugar free cake mix and Sprite with Splenda! Tasted AMAZING and that little baby was so excited to have a dessert he could eat. Now that'll make your heart smile. Oh, please say a prayer for my Uncle Bruce. He had an accident on his tractor over the past weekend and has suffered severe head trauma. I went by his house Tuesday night to pick up some squash and zucchini. Unfortunately some got too big because he wasn't there to pick it. I brought this hilarious thing home to the boys & Jake now has a pet zucchini named Jackie.
