Easy Breakfast Frittata keto | low carb

Keto Breakfast Frittata Low Carb Family Meal Recipe
I always feel the need to cook my husband a hardy breakfast on the mornings he gets to be home with us.  For this meal I pulled out my largest, deepest cast iron skillet and made one of our favorite meals.  I love to top this one with softened cream cheese just before I eat my own slice.  It's delicious and filling.

Keto Breakfast Frittata Low Carb Family Meal Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion diced
1 cup spinach
4 minced garlic cloves
1 tomato diced
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 pound of bacon roughly chopped
6 eggs
2 tbs heavy whipping cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a cast iron skilled on medium-high heat cook bacon until nearly crispy.  
  2. Add onion, garlic and spinach and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. 
  4. In a separate bowl whip eggs and heavy whipping cream and fold in 1/2 c shredded cheese reserving the other half.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the sautéed veggies and sprinkle tomatoes over the top with reserved cheese.
  6. Cook in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes.

The Keto diet is best for those who want healthy fats to go into their bodies. I am on this same diet so write a essay for me because my doctor has advised me to rest. I can not rest if I have an essay to write.
