Cheesy Chicken Fritters Low Carb |Keto Friendly

I had left over cubed chicken after making my Chick-Fil-A Style Nuggets and I've been dying to try another recipe, keto style.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Cooked Chicken 12.5 oz
  • 1 Cup of shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 Large Egg
  • Seasoning of choice is optional.
Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • Form chicken 2" fritters
  • Place in Air Fryer and set to 400 degrees for 15-17 mins.
  • OR
  • Cook in a well greased skillet on both sides until crispy

Cut open to make sure they are complete done. Also note, that almond flour tends to be really dark when cooked throughly.
