The peppermint cinnamon rolls were such a hit at our house, I thought I'd make another version that we enjoyed and you will as well. The creamy icing paired with the rich caramel sprinkles and buttery cinnamon roll will have you craving these on the regular.
INGREDIENTS
Dough 2 c almond flour 3 tbsp granulated erythritol (Swerve) 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 tsp white vinegar (for rising action, you won't taste it) Filling 1 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute (Ideal or Truvia) 1 tsp cinnamon Glaze 1/4 c of powdered erythritol (Swerve) 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream 4 oz cream cheese (melted) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Topping Werther's Original Sugar Free Caramel Candies INSTRUCTIONS
