 In 2009 I digitized these beautiful paper dolls from a vintage wrapping paper. These can be printed on card stock and enjoyed. Paper dolls seem to be a long lost pastime for many. Print and cut these out and care them with you on road trips or for quite time at home. You get : 1 doll, 5 outfits 2 hats. This small purchase is so much appreciated.  I have put together another fun list of letter recognition activities, this time for the letter "B". These alphabet activities are nature-based learning and coordinated well with an outdoor learning environment. The activities will be ranged from letter activities for 3-year old to preschool and a few for toddlers as well. You'll find some cool ideas on how to teach your child to recognize the letters of the alphabet and the sound/symbol correlation". The benefits of nature theme learning allow your child to disconnect from technology and get back to the basics. I've even included some printable alphabet activities and letter B games.

I had a large piece of fabric I had intentions of using for my own boys but never did. So, when I was going through my fabrics and found it I wanted nothing more than my friends sweet babies to have some pieces made with it. And with all the showers lining up, I'm sure I'm not done yet.
It's hard adding details to boy things without going over the top. So I held back a little. Just a tad. I had so much fun making these but I'm going to love even more seeing those boys wearing them. Your purchase for this small purchase price helps feed my family. Thank you for your support.

 My sweet baby girl was staying entertained by drawing pictures in the back of my planner until I realized she was drawing on my beautiful pink cover. I tried several methods of getting the ink off but had no luck. So, I decided to see what fabrics I had in my stash that I would enjoy seeing everyday.
 This is a great project for a lazy afternoon. I made this while the kids took their Sunday afternoon naps. I snagged a giant pickle jar from my grandmother for this one, but you can use any large canister.

I am a mom to sweet twin 10-year-old girls and a sassy three-year-old girl, too. It's all about girls in our home, with the occasional concession for the one boy--my great husband. I like to share my projects on my blog and they aren't even all girl projects!
Do you ever see amazing Pinterest crafts that moms do with their kids and wish it was easy and actually doable? I kept pinning these beautiful seed filled ornament ideas on Pinterest but just could not figure out the best way to do them. First of all, I have the worlds smallest kitchen at the moment (or so it feels). Since downsizing to a camper while we are building our home, I am more interested in less mess, than anything else when it comes to crafts that I can do with my littles.
 I bought all 4 picture blocks which were meant to make up a flower when they were hung together in the right order. Instead, I spread mod podge over the old flower print and printed the photos I wanted on them directly off my printer. I enlarged the images so that they'd print at least 8.5 wide and then i trimmed off any extra so that they fit perfectly onto the blocks. I then spread mod podge over the top (you can see the lines of it before it dries in the picture).
The blocks are hollow so they have pre-drilled holes for hanging. The mod podge dries clear, I used a matte finish but it also comes in glossy. For now, they are sitting on on my palette shelves in the living room. This is a super easy way to get your favorite photos on the wall. I am also thinking that you could use high quality plywood, have it cut to the size you want at your hardware store, have your images printed at your local drug store with printing services in poster size and do your own larger images. Have fun with this. Remember too that if you print them yourself, it's easy to undo or redo after a mistake. Materials Used: Mod Podge Regular at home printer White Card Stock Paper Trimmer Mounts Oh, and an old palette for the display.  I just finished this chair for the kids. It was an old rocking chair, I couldn't even guess the age. It could be from the 70's or it could be older. It was hideous but it had a great rocker underneath that allowed the chair to be stationary but rock on springs underneath. I wanted it to match our bonus room which I'm in the process of redoing for our new classroom. How awesome is this chair going to be to encourage my little ones to "read", with a red basket of books next to it, it will at least be tempting. Here's the scary before picture and read how I made the changes.
 A few weeks ago I was struck by my friend Dawn's little glass container full of faux robins eggs. I complimented her on it... and her newly painted buffet... and her really awesome mantle and her new paint color in her dining room and...
well, you get the picture. She's awesome! She has my taste! A few days later my friend Jenny calls me and says of course, "What are you doing?" and I say, "Painting Easter eggs." and she says..."OOOKAAAAY." And moved on...I think my friends may be afraid to tell me I'm crazy.  One of my favorite activities with my children this time of year is slowing down for a minute and making something together. I have a list of things on our Advent calendar that make us sit down and do something special that requires team work and patience.

 As a foster mom with little ones and an educator at heart, I'm always reading into ways to help my babies deal with the trauma they go through. I used these in my classroom years ago and they help children extend their focus, give them a sense of calm, and they enjoy finding these treasures among their toys.
