Blood Sugar Stability:  Lowering your sugar consumption can immediately lead to a more stable blood sugar level.  With each stabilization you will want to work on lowering that level.  A little plateau and then, let's drop it again.  Stabilizing blood sugar at a healthy level is the goal.  Doing so will reduce the risk of T2 diabetes in the future and contribute now to fewer energy crashes.

Struggling with low blood sugar?  That is due to insulin spikes and there is also a good chance you struggle with weight loss as well.  Stabilizing blood sugar by eliminating sugar actually works.  Take your time, be patient with your body, and trust the process.
